Melissa Ramirez has more than 15 years of international sales and marketing experience, including new product development and testing. Ramirez, who is bilingual in Spanish and English, earned her MBA from Loyola University Chicago Business School in 2005. She lives in Chicago with her husband and little dog, Max, who is doing better every day.

Mary
Mary Cerjan is an independent consultant who creates meaningful brand experiences through strategic marketing, product development and brand identity. Before starting her own marketing consultant business, she managed international brands and developed the next “it” items for the beauty industry. When she’s not implementing plans and strategies that help her clients, Mary is busy beautifying the world by designing her own fashion accessory line and penning her style blog, Blitz and Glitz.

Cindy
Cindy Diamse is a Senior Packaging Engineer at Diageo. She studied at University of Wisconsin - Madison and got her BS degree in Material Science and Engineering in 2002. She currently lives in Chicago with her best friend Muggs.

Joe
Joe Hubeny is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 14 years of experience, mainly in the Income Tax field. After graduating with an Accounting degree from Marquette University and passing the CPA, he worked for such companies as Leo Burnett and Ernst & Young LLP. In 2005, Hubeny left the corporate arena and formed his own Tax Practice. At that time, he also earned his Real Estate Brokerage license and started up Hubeny Realty Inc. to complement his Tax Practice. Hubeny currently runs his own Tax & Real Estate practices in Westmont, IL and lives in Chicago with his lovely wife Melissa and Min Pin, Max.

Rachael
Rachael Hanna is a Mid-west born native who graduated with honors from Columbia College Chicago in 2004. She received her B.F.A in Visual Communication. She worked at Launch Creative Marketing in Chicago as a Senior Art Director/Graphic Designer developing creative solutions for a fortune 500 CPG client before moving to Buenos Aires, Argentina. She worked internationally as a freelance Art Director/Designer for 3 1/2 years serving clients in South America, Europe and the USA. She creates meaningful brand experiences through her knowledge of brand identity and strategic marketing. Her skills include: Adode CS6, brand identity and development, in-store marketing, knowledge of website development and creating a positive experience for her clients.

Shaum
Shaum Jhansale is an Intellectual Property Attorney in Chicago, handling matters such as patent prosecution, litigation, and licensing. Prior to practicing law, Shaum performed as a quality engineer and manager at Cargill in Minnesota. Shaum received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, a J.D. and an L.L.M in Intellectual Property from The John Marshall Law School. He is a member of the American Bar Association Cleantech and Climate Change Committee and the Intellectual Property Law Association of Chicago. Shaum is also a violinist who performs in the String Theory music ensemble.

Jonny
Jonny Worrell Is a transfer Film & Video student at Columbia College Chicago. Originally from Madison, Wisconsin, Jonny left his F/T TV-Production job to add a Bachelor's Degree on top of an Associates Degree (Visual Communications-Media Design) from Madison College. Jonny strives in the creative world where his abilities enable him to wear many hats pertaining to: graphic design, videography/cinematography, non-linear video editing, marketing, and social media strategy. Ultimately he is an honest, refreshing, and motivated creative thinker that is ready to explore and find a home in Chicago's professional workforce.

Sarah
Sarah Zelman is a student at Columbia College in Chicago pursuing a degree in 2013. She was previously a promoter for Illinois Center for Broadcasting and hopes to continue to gain relevant experience as an intern at zerimax. Sarah is passionate about the arts, animals, hip-hop and painting. Her long term goal is to become a hip-hop publicist and continue to be involved in the arts.
